The 66 mile long Shropshire Union Canal is one of Britain’s most popular waterways. Apart from its journey through the city of Chester, it is almost entirely rural, often passing through remote countryside. Whether you are boating or walking, if you want to ‘get away from it all’ then the ‘Shroppie’ is for you. After extensive “research” we’ve picked our favourite pubs to help you get the most out of your trip to the ‘Shroppie’, Cheers!
