Make a date in your diary for this coming weekend because the first Boat Share Show is gearing up to be a great event at Braunston Marina.
It will be the first show of its kind to include all four major professional boat management companies – ABC Boat Share, BCBM, Carefree Cruising and Ownashare – so it’s the place to be if you’re thinking of having a share in a boat.
Up to 20 shared ownership narrowboats will be on show, all with shares available. The event will also provide an opportunity for prospective owners to talk to the share companies about their services and to compare different styles of boat. There will also be advice on offer to self-managed syndicates thinking about using a management company.
We’ll be on hand too with a stand for Canal Boat and the Tillergraph magazines and we’ll be delighted to meet you for a chat and offer some great subscription deals.
The show will be open from 10am to 5pm on Saturday (12th) and from 10am to 4pm on the Sunday. Admission and car parking will be free and light refreshments will be available in the marquee.
